We ensure that all our commissions are properly resourced. Leading each skilled team, a director will maintain first-hand involvement with every project for the entire process. This provides our clients with day to day contact at the most senior level.
Also important to us, is the level of information we provide for the contractor to build from. It is essential that clear and practical details are provided to construct the project design, and that they aren’t left ‘to do their best’. The effort we invest in high quality production information often goes unseen by our clients, but it is the final piece of the jigsaw in delivering high quality schemes that we and our clients can be proud of.
We have been designing in 3D for over a decade, providing CGI visualisations to assist our clients in understanding and visualising their projects. Technology has advanced in this period and our technical capabilities have kept pace, allowing us to now offer fully rendered virtual reality simulations if required.
Aside from visualisations we can offer various levels of BIM output (building information modelling), providing assistance with everything from simple clash detection through to full BS EN ISO 19650 outputs for client FM teams.
