Another Milestone at Airport Business Park Southend!

We are proud to reach another milestone in our ongoing journey with IPECO at the Airport Business Park in Southend-on-Sea.

Following our successful delivery of their first bespoke facility in 2022, we were appointed to design a second manufacturing facility right next door. We are thrilled to share that this May, T J Evers achieved Practical Completion for the Phase 2 fit-out of this second building.

This new space is a key addition to the IPECO campus, designed specifically to receive customers, provide advanced training facilities, and offer high-quality staff amenities. It’s a privilege to support the continued growth of a world leader in aircraft seating.
